Common questions
What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?
Your card is charged the monthly plan amount on day 15. You can cancel any time before that from your billing settings — no questions asked.
Can I add more than 5 users on the Team plan?
The Team plan supports up to 5 seats sharing a single organisation. If you need more, contact sales@getembargo.com for a custom quote beyond our standard plans.
Do you support annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves you the equivalent of two months. Toggle to Annual on the pricing cards above, or contact billing@getembargo.com to switch an existing subscription.
What jurisdictions are included?
All plans include all 10 jurisdictions: the United States (BIS Entity List, Federal Register / EAR, OFAC), the European Union (Official Journal), the United Kingdom (ECJU and OFSI), the Netherlands (MOCIT), Japan (METI), Germany (BAFA), the United Nations (Security Council Consolidated List), Canada (SEMA), Australia (DFAT), and Switzerland (SECO). There are no per-jurisdiction add-on fees on the Team plan.
Is there a refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods on digital subscriptions. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current period. See our Terms of Service for full details.
What does Professional include that Team doesn't?
Professional adds an SLA guarantee (99.9% uptime, <4h latency), compliance audit trail export, a named customer success contact, and a signed DPA for your procurement team.
